Highlights of the 2025 Annual Board Retreat in NYC

The American Pakistan Foundation continues to strengthen its role as a convener of leaders and changemakers through its high-profile gatherings. The Leadership Summit 2025, held in New York City, brought together Pakistani American youth, board members, and community leaders for an afternoon of inspiration, mentorship, and networking. Highlights included a motivational youth keynote, an overview of APF’s programs, and a panel discussion on “Building Your Path to Success,”“ where APF Board Members and guest speakers shared insights on leadership and professional growth. Soon after, the Board Dinner 2025 reinforced APF’s reputation as a bridge between the U.S. and Pakistan, featuring remarks the Ambassador of Pakistan to the U.S. Honorable Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, with Usman Faridi delivering the evening’s keynote address. Together, these events showcase APF’s commitment to building community, amplifying voices, and nurturing the next generation of Pakistani American leaders.

This was followed by the Rising Stars Forum, which brought together emerging leaders from across the United States to share their journeys in women’s empowerment, spotlighting the growing influence of Pakistani American women in driving change across industries and communities.
