Amber Chaudhry

Amber is an innovator with over 10 years of multisector leadership experience. Her passion lies in enhancing the federal government's service delivery to better serve the American people. In 2016, she began her federal career as a Presidential Management Fellow, where she focused on small business seed fund and social innovation programs. During her fellowship, Amber was selected by the SBA Administrator's team to assist in the Agency's rebranding efforts. This experience provided her with valuable insights into how an organization's brand intrinsically ties back to how the public experiences its services.

Subsequently, Amber championed customer experience initiatives at both the U.S. Small Business Administration during the height of the pandemic and the U.S. Department of Treasury. Currently, as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Customer Experience Leader, Amber is spearheading the development of a new practice to ensure that the Agency provides the public with simple, seamless, and secure customer experiences.

In addition to her federal service, Amber previously served as an AmeriCorps Public Ally in Miami. She is also the co-founder of Muslim Americans in Public Service, a nonprofit organization that assists Muslim Americans in advancing their public service careers, fostering community among public servants, and promoting inclusion practices within the workplace.
